THANK YOU so much for selling our home! To anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home; JOANNE IS THE AGENT TO WORK FOR YOU! After we tried to sell our home with another agency for close to a year without success, we talked with Joanne. She was very helpful, kind and willing to guide us. She was not overbearing, just willing to give us guidance and let us make our own decision about our next step. When we did finally list our home with her; she went above and beyond. She held an open house every 3 weeks and also listed our house in the Sunday showcase of homes. She was available at any time, day or night; weekday or weekend. No matter how big or little the question; she was always there to help! THANK YOU AGAIN JOANNE!
